Our Pinsa base is made with a dough composed of carefully selected, high-quality raw materials.
INGREDIENTS:
Soft wheat flour type “0”, water, sourdough starter, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, salt, brewer’s yeast, rice semolina, soybean oil (used as a pan-release agent).
GMO-free.
PROCESSING:
Highly aerated product with 80% hydration, resulting in a crispy and delicate texture after baking.
Stone-baked, naturally leavened for 36 hours, and hand-stretched.
