PROCESSING:
Following the traditional method for producing authentic mozzarella, and adhering to our specific standards to ensure a product suitable for pizza topping, the mozzarella is then cut into julienne strips according to our precise size specifications and subsequently IQF frozen (Individually Quick Frozen).
