The tomato is a special pizza tomato, processed in a way that prevents it from releasing excess water during cooking, ensuring that the pizza stays crispy. The same goes for the mozzarella—real high-quality fior di latte mozzarella, made with just salt, milk, rennet, and lactic ferments. In other words, pure flavor.

The final touch comes from a selection of gourmet toppings: tuna in sunflower oil, sautéed champignon mushrooms, sautéed porcini mushrooms, a trio of grilled vegetables, and artichoke wedges.
