Our Pizza fresh bases are all hand-kneaded and packaged in a protective environment (MAP). This lenghtens their shef lives.

Pinsa differs from the classic Pizza due to its versatility and the characteristics of its dough.

In fact, the Pinsa dough has a higher level of hydration and undergoes a longer leavening process.

The fresh Pinsa bases are available in two formats: oval and rounded.
