QUI PIZZA CONCEPT

The Qui Pizza concept is designed to allow venues to offer their customers excellent pizzas, in extremely short times, without requiring structural work, and with total ease.

Here’s how it works: first of all, the oven—equipped with its own exhaust hood and refractory bricks—has been designed to fully simulate a wood-fired oven. It can bake 2 pizzas every 2 minutes, allowing for a fast service, ideal during peak hours, lunch breaks, or while setting up for happy hours or aperitifs.

Thanks to its extremely compact size, the oven is perfect for service-oriented venues, while its low energy consumption makes it highly cost-effective.

THE OVEN

The pizza oven, designed to deliver professional results, is provided to the venue without any initial investment. The only cost is a monthly fee that covers all maintenance interventions, both ordinary and extraordinary, deep sanitization once a year, as well as the supply of a replacement oven in case of irreparable failure.

The pizza bases are available in multiple formats, with or without tomato sauce. They are delivered and transported using our own refrigerated vehicles. You just need to add the toppings and place the pizza directly in the oven—it will be ready in just 2 minutes.

Thanks to its two fully independent chambers, it is possible to bake 2 pizzas every 2 minutes.
